产品简介General.
成套隔离开关由GW4-252(D)W型隔离开关本体、CS14G或CS17G型人力操动机构、 传动附件等组成,也可配用CJ6型等电动机构。
隔离开关属双柱水平开启式,各单极都由基座、支柱绝缘子、出线座及触头等部分组成,两支柱绝缘子相互平行地安装在基座两端的轴承上，且与基座垂直。主导电部分分别安装在两支绝缘子上方,随支柱绝缘子作约90转动。
隔离开关的轴承座设计成全密结构 ,能防止灰尘、潮气、有害气体进入轴承内部引起的卡阻现象;轴承座内部装有推力球轴承和向心球轴承,将隔离开关的重力及水平分力由这两种专用轴承承担,使隔离开关长期运行后的操作力矩不会增加。各极两轴装配间通过连板、调节螺杆等连接传动。采用不锈钢轴销及自润滑轴套,润滑剂为高效二硫化钼锂基润滑脂。
出线座中的紫铜编织带分别紧固在导电杆和接线板上,接线板供用户连接线路之用。
中间触头部分的触指成对装配,靠弹簧使触指夹紧触指座和触头,以达到触头与触指间的磨损,提高使用寿命。
隔离开关附有接地开关时,主导电回路与接地开关的联锁用基座上的扇形板与弧形板保证,在主导电回路合闸时,接地开关不可合闸。接地开关合闸时,主导电路回路不可合闸。
The horizontal centre-break disconnector GW4-252 is one of the most commonly used disconnector types in the world thanks to its simple,but fficient,design on which consists of three poles.Each pole consists of a frame,wo rotating support insulalors and a main blade that movesin a horizontal plane.
The frame of disconnector is made of square tube in which the bearing hosings and the tumlables are installed. The lumtable is supportedtwo rller bearing. The bearing housing is sealed and flede up with grease, to ensure a long hietime. All steel parts of the disconnector are hot-dip galvanized.
The disconnector can be equipped with insulators in accordance with IEC,ANSI OR DIN specifications. The main blade consists of aU-shaped tube. In which the main contacts and the rotating contacts are installed. The rolating contact consists of a silver-plated copper pin anda bronze housing. Sive-plated bronze blls. Which are pressed against these two parts by means of a stainless steel spring. ensure that thecurrent is ransterred from the pin into the housing-surface. Each contact tinger is provided with stainless stee springs to ensure ellable contact
pressure. The contacts are elf-cleansing, which makes the disconnector suitable for isalltion in area with severe climatic condions.Conacise
GW4-252 disconnector may be equipped with earthing switches, which can be built-on to the right hand side and/or to the left hand side.The earthing switch consists of an aluminum tube, provided with silver-plated contacts at both ends.
The disonnector andlor earthing switches can be single-pole or three pole operated by means of a motoroperaled drive mechanism CJ6 ora manual-operated drive mechanism CS14G/CS17G. In case only one drive mechanism is used for three-pole operation. The poles are interco-nnected by means of adjustable coupling rods.
